Live your authentic lifeLiving an authentic life as someone who identifies as GLBT can be challenging. We face many obstacles such as fear of rejection, worry about our personal safety, discrimination, inequality, and many others. For this reason, we learn early on that it can be safer to hide pieces of who we are from others. Even if we live an open life, it can still be difficult for us to be completely authentic, because we fall back on so many of the old ways of protecting ourselves.
I created The Life Authentic because I believe all people are called to live an authentically fulfilled life. For me, this means we show up as our true selves’ day in and day out, honor our core values with every decision we make, have balance in our lives, and live our life purpose. I approach coaching with the belief every individual is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. By taking a co-active approach I will help you tap into your inner wisdom. My role is not to provide you answers or solutions, but to ask powerful questions that lead you to self discovery, and then empower you to take action. You may be asking yourself, “Why do I need a coach?” Below are just some of the areas for which a coach can help. · Discovering your life purpose · Leading a more fulfilling life · Understanding your core values, and how to honor them · Creating more authentic relationships with your partner, friends, family · Making a transition in your life · Finding the courage to come out If you are ready and willing to make transformational change, you can live the life you were meant to live, and live it authentically! "If you want to live a life of joy and fulfillment, you have to find the courage to break those agreements (beliefs) that are fear-based and claim your personal power."
